Delete your account
Last updated 13 October 2026
This page explains how to delete your account in Cutonce, the woodworking app for iPhone, Android and the web made by Juicy Lucy AI, UAB, and what happens to your data when you do.
In the app
Open Me, then Settings, then "Account and subscription", and tap "Delete my account". This works whether or not your account has an email address. The account and its data are deleted at once.
Without the app
- If your account has an email address: sign in on the web at app.cutoncestudio.com with that address and a 6-digit code, then choose "Delete my account".
- If you cannot sign in, or your account has no email address: write to hello@cutoncestudio.com and ask for your account to be deleted. Write from the email address of your purchase if you have one. If you bought in the app without an email address, give the order number from the store's receipt. On Google Play it begins with GPA. We use it only to find your account. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in the store first: on Android in Google Play under "Payments and subscriptions", on iPhone in Settings under your name and "Subscriptions". A subscription started on the web ends when the account is deleted.
What is deleted
Your account and everything in it: your email address, your profile, your subscription state in Cutonce, your progress, favourites and settings, your photos, your scan results and your chats with the helper.
What is kept, and for how long
- The record that an account was deleted: 6 years. It holds no email address and no name: an internal identifier, a one-way hash of the email address, the payment processor's customer identifier, the reason if you gave one, and the date.
- Withdrawal and support requests: 6 years, as records of a legal request.
- Invoices for a subscription started on the web: at Stripe, for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Records of store purchases and app installs: at RevenueCat and AppsFlyer, which keep them for us. When you ask by email, we ask them to erase the records of your account too.
- Database backups: 7 days. Deleted data leaves the backups after that.
The Privacy policy has the full list of what we keep and why.
